Returns

• Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of personalised items, so make sure you double check the spelling of any names or dates you've requested!
• If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. Please note you must send photos of any damage (including to packaging) so that we can take it up with our courier. You can contact us here or email hello@lucycoggle.co.uk
• If you change your mind, you can return non-personalised items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to let us know you're returning your item, and send it back to Lucy Coggle Designs, 88 Southmoor Road, Oxford OX2 6RB. Please note you are liable for the item until its safe arrival back at the studio, so we always advise re-sending in its original packaging a retaining proof of postage.
